Terms and Conditions for Listing Your Group with The Stoic Fellowship

Introduction
The goal of The Stoic Fellowship is to build, foster, and connect Stoic
groups around the world. This means we aim to provide assistance and
advice in running your group to the best of our ability. However, we do
not assume any responsibility for anything that may occur in your group
and list your group at our sole discretion, which we reserve the right
to revoke at any time at our sole discretion.
By joining The Stoic Fellowship and maintaining your membership, your
group agrees to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.
The Minimum Requirements for Being Listed with The Stoic Fellowship
In order for us to list your group, we ask that you adhere to the
minimum following requirements:
- Your group must primarily focus on Stoicism and Stoic philosophy
- Your group must meet live, either in person or via video call
- Your group should meet every three months at a minimum (although almost all our members meet more frequently than this)
- While your group may focus on specific topics, your group must not discriminate against anyone attending according to personal characteristics such as age, disability, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Your group should not advocate hate or violence.
- You must be able to provide a URL to your group's website or online presence (e.g. Meetup page, Facebook page, etc.).
- Your group may not use the name 'Stoic Fellowship' in its group name, URL, event titles, or any other identifying materials without the express written permission of The Stoic Fellowship.
Waiver of Liability
You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all activities
which occur during your meeting, and you waive the right to indemnify,
defend and hold The Stoic Fellowship, its Board, volunteers, and
affiliates against any liability arising from activities that occur
during your meetings.
